This isn't the most comprehensive tutorial, however I didn't set out to make one. Just thougt this may help others, as other guides were basic /had pictures missing.
So starts out like this

I bought new, so was supplied with plastics rivets and glue etc already

First of all you need to hack away at the bumper, as the grill is part of it. I found using a hacksaw tricky due to bumper being on the car still, so I used a sharp Stanley knife (which is much more time consuming. Ideally you'd use an electric saw.
First of all break of the shiny v grill, this makes cutting easier
You need to leave the plastic black base as shown in pic at the bottom.
Then slowly remove the rest. This is mid way

Then it's time to fit the supplied base. Make sure the surface underneath is flat

Then drill the holes, the rivets supplied are pretty ****, but they also provide a mastic/glue to bond it on. I left it around half hour to cure
The size holes to be drilled are in the instructions supplied. Think it was 5.2 and 6.5mm PLEASE CHECK FIRST)
Youse use revits to for the base and all but 3 holes are used. The remaining holes are larger and the grill sits in these holes.
When you out grill in the too remaining part of bumper will foul it, so look where it fouls and cut away. I tidied this up, but you can see where I cut gaps

You then need to fix the grill at the top to the ranking top half of bumper. I haven't done this yet as cheap rivets snapped.
