Instead of buying the right sized spanner, why not get some good adjustables? As above, you'll probably never use a 32mm again, adjustable are used often. If you're going to buy one..Comment

32mm fits many oil filter housings and also drive shaft / hub nuts. It's a confined space so a big 32mm spanner is fiddly - in which case consider using a oil filter spanner from somewhere like Halfords. They're much shorter.
