  • [Corsa B 1993-2000] Making a Brake Servo Line

    Hi guys!

I'm getting my inlet manifold modified to get rid of the massive brake servo outlet on cylinder 4 which is causing running issues.

I'm replacing it with 1/4 inch (6.5mm) outlets on each cylinder so it should balance airflow. Will it be okay to use silicone hose to connect them to the brake servo or will the silicone warp under braking?

Lot of people use silicone ones on xe and let conversions so can't see any issue. It's something I'll be doing in the future

Will do mate thanks! Did you just use normal silicone hose then? No issues with it etc?

None at all mate, I used 5 ply though so it doesn't disfigure under pressure think the hose can take over 150 psi.
