  • [Corsa B 1993-2000] Rear Drum Brakes

    Here is another problem i been having with my B. I recently been trying to get the drum on the left side back to place but it doesn't seem to go back to place like it should i been trying for day cause it's weird i looked for anything weird but everything seems fine i got the right side on normal and easy, i tried to get the left side on i turned the adjuster all the way down but nothing happends it still won't sit in place

          Yes it is and i can even play with the wire thats how loose it is. And it seems that something is holding the drum to slide in place i have no idea what else to do with it

            Shoes aren't aligned properly by the sounds of things they either need to be moved up if drum is catching on bottom or down if there catching on the top.

              Lets say if i adjust them all the way down there is alot of space for the drum to sit am i right?? Why is even when is all the way down it doesn't fit right it goes in part of the way and it gets stuck 1/4 way in

                Not adjust outwards with adjusted. Up and down, they may have been locked out of place.
                Look where gets stuck and move accordingly

                    Found the problem. The piston was stuck making it impossible for the brake shoes to close up together properly so the drum can squeeze in
