  • [Corsa E 2014-2019] Identifying the engine type

How do I identify our Corsa engine type, options available include: B10xxx - B14xxx? Page 235 of the owners manual says "Engine Identification: To identify the respective engine, refer to the engine power in the EEC Certificate of Conformity provided with your vehicle or other national registration documents". Unfortunately I can't find said piece of paper.

The engine itself unhelpfully just says "Ecotech".
A sticker under the bonnet has numerous identifications (attached), none of which seem to identify the engine type.

    Plan B?

Post up the year, model and engine size.

A photo of the engine would help.

      It's a 2015 VAUXHALL CORSA SRI VVT 100 5-door Hatchback, 1364cc. Here is a photo:

The markings on the sticker look more like bulb types to me

Have since found out from the V5C registration document that the car is a 2015 VAUXHALL CORSA SRI VVT 100 Ecoflex S/S with a 1364cc Engine type: B14NEL

Bizarrely, this engine type is not mentioned in the Owner's manual.

Their codes have got very confusing and Vauxhall still seem to be inconsistent in how they arrange their engines. Have a gander at this thread Wrong engines - Vauxhall Corsa E Forums
