  • [Corsa D 2006-2014] Corsa D blower direction dial problem.

The dial that changes air flow direction on my 2010 corsa has gone stiff and the dial springs back when you turn it. I have had the dials out and found that the cable is bending when you turn the dial anti clock wise and his is causing the springy dial. It is bending the cable instead of shoving it back into the inner cable. I have looked up behind the dash and the part that that should move on that end is stiff so the cable won't move It round when the dial is turned. I can do it with my hand ok though. Any ideas please. If you can understand my pot lol.

    Welcome to the Forum.

It sounds as if the flap seal has failed - or there MAY be a foreign body jammed in there.
You need to fix it, or you risk breaking the control.

    regards
