what bhp/tq can a oe clutch handle on a x16xe before it starts slipping

What BHP does the car have?

it has a full exhaust system inc 4branch manifold, vx inlet and ported and polished throttle body, i would think its around the 125-130bhp mark

I'm sure people have been running similar mods to yourself but with cams, higher rev limit and sometimes throttle bodies all fine with standard clutch

Just get a decent make like LUK and you'll have no problems mate. Seen LUK clutches used in 180bhp builds and they've been fine.
