You've supplied a closed bonnet picture of oil on the floor, it's very difficult to diagnose and it's just guess work as to what's usually most common.
You'd be better of jacking the car up, getting under it and looking
"Air pressure warning light" - are you talking air or oil here?
In terms of the photo - which engine do you have. On the ones where the oil pressure switch leaks the most it's on the driver's side of the engine, whereas your leak looks to be on the passenger side.

Are you sure it's oil that's leaking?
yeap defo oil leaking, but its coming from the front near side so really strange!! Oil pressure light is
on most of the time but it went off yesterday for the last 10mins of journey now its back on again :-s
Regrettably my X-Ray vision has failed so I am unable to see through your bonnet to discover which engine you have. This makes it very difficult to give any form of assistance since without knowing which engine you have there's no way of telling where oil may be coming from in that area under the bonnet.
So I'll assume that by "air pressure light" you actually mean "oil pressure light". Since you seem to have been driving it with the oil pressure light on for extended periods I'd reckon you've got a false indication there. If the light was on because there's no oil pressure you'd have wrecked the engine by now.
He doesn't mean you have wrecked it, but was meaning the oil light telling you, you have low pressure is likely to be a false reading.
If it wasn't a false reading and was really low pressure the engine would be wrecked because you'd have been driving it about without oil circulating properly.
Right, but what if i have actually wrecked the engine??
Is it possible? Or is he saying the warning light is on for no apparent reason? I noticed when i replaced the oil pressure switch, some of the pipes around that area we tapped up, could it be leaking from there?? Also causing the oil pressure warning light to come on?

That's possible, but they'd normally be oil all over or around them.
Right - now we know it's one of those FIAT jobbies. Which explains the oil being on the n/s of the car.
Any oil leak takes ages to fully work its way down the engine, and a small amount of oil goes a long way. So the drips coming off after you changed the oil pressure switch could well just be older oil from the original leak.
In terms of why the oil light is still on - since it went off it's possible it's just a bad connection. Clean the connection on the switch and check the wiring. Make sure there's no damage. Bear in mind wiring can break internally so you don't always spot the problem that easily.
If you've been driving it round with the oil pressure light on then chances are that the light is a false reading. If it were a true indication of low oil pressure and you'd driven it for any length of time the engine would have made some seriously bad noises and ground to a halt. Assuming the engine sounds OK and isn't knocking, rumbling or making a serious tapping noise then I suspect it's a false reading.
To be honest I wouldn't drive it with the oil light on, but since you already have that's my best guess (not being able to see the car myself of course.)
It is also possible (unlikely but possible) that the new oil pressure switch is faulty. Just worth bearing in mind.
If all else fails you'll need to get it checked by someone who knows what to look for. In the meantime keep a close ear to how the engine sounds and make sure the oil level is kept topped up.
