Buy a Haynes - if you can't afford a new one (and bear in mind you'll save the cost on the first job you do) then look on ebay.
If yours is one of the chain drive engines with the insert type of oil filter then use a genuine GM filter or a good quality aftermarket one. Don't use a cheap filter, they can fail and clog the oilways.
