unknown serious oil leak?

  • [Corsa C] unknown serious oil leak?

    This is my friends car, its a facelift corsa c design and hes just informed me that its pissed oil all over the road abd there is none left in it, there appears to be oil all over the aircon unit and wishbone, any ideas what this could be? I havent seen it myself so dont know any more information but it has had a eml come on in the past couple of days, no idea if this is linked

    I suspect it's leaking oil

      Oil pressure sensor. Usually is.

        If there's NONE he has probably smashed the sump on something, especially if there's a big puddle.

        If it's low then it's probably a leak. Like it says above, usually from the switch.

        Without seeing it, it's like me asking you why my gutters leak

            Its not lowered at all the cars completely standard, i was just looking for any common faults that could be the cause

              Pressure switch can go and spray all over the place. But could be anywhere. Try trace highest point of oil leak?

                Doesn't have to be highest point of the leak, f they trace the leak they will find the leak

                  I just thought If it runs down just to have a look starting at top. Or not.
