They look OK, quick clean is all they appear to need. But in a car of that age unless you know when those plugs went in I'd replace them as a matter of course. That way you know where you're starting from.

By the way, if you're doing maintenance - I am sure you know already, but those engines use a particular antifreeze, not the standard stuff you buy in most factors.

Not fancy doing the brake fluid as well?

From my reading the best air filter to use in the majority of cars for long term reliability is the OEM one and yours looks pretty clean.
