[Corsa B 1993-2000] Fuel return hose

Going to fit my new pump/fpr this Friday, I noticed the fpr has no fuel return connector (only fuel in and fuel out to the carbs).

What should I do with the standard fuel return line as it will just look messy laying about the bay, can I cut it back and blank it off or does it act as a vent for the tank?

The tank is vented via the usual system that prevents hydrocarbons being released into the atmosphere, which yours will now not use. So I'd suggest trimming the return pipe to allow you to secure it somewhere neat and tidy and fit a small breather filter to it to ensure the tank is well vented. Whilst you may not need it as such it does no harm to ensure the tank is well vented. Something like either an inline fuel filter would work, or a crankcase breather adapted to fit would look better.
