Pretty much as above guys after looking at my options will a 16 v exhaust downpipe and cat section fit and clear the sump? The mounting flange looks the same for c16 ,As then i can keep the 4 branch cast c16 manifold and not use the c14se cast manifold and spi downpipe ( which will restrict a lot of power!)

nope. 8v is totally different to 16v. -
darn , thought I could get away with using a 16v cat, the downpipes looked the same :/ not to worry I will have to make a section up

you need the down pipe from a c16se, and cut and re weld the flange by 10 degrees.Comment

no problem for me that, will sort it just thought id be lazy and see if theres a bolt on fit, but not to worry
also rob, seeing as you know youre way around a c16se in a corsa b? what do you do about the header tank bottle as its a tight squeeze between the inlet and battery, it fits but not as nice as I would like where could I relocate it to and/or what header tank to use (been told a corsa c one can work??) can you shed any light there mate>Comment
