i have stared to hear this rattling noise in the car i think its coming from the dash on the passenger side. the noise gets louder the faster i go.
has anyone got any idea on what it could be?

Is the rattle there at idle, ie when the car isn't moving. If it isn't it is more likely to be something loose. If it's there at idle it could be a few things on the engine.
