[Corsa B 1993-2000] wipers, heater and washer jets not working

any ideas on what could be the problem.
the front and rear wipers dont work, the heater and washer jets dont work.

i've checked the fuses and there all fine.

anyone had any issues like this?
need to try get it sorted this week as so it can go in for its mot

Can you hear washer pump?

Have you checked wiring to that specific stalk? If ok try another stalk, they're pennies. Infact I have one here that was brand new about 6 months ago

pretty sure i couldnt hear the pump but i will double check next time im at the car. think i've got a spare wiper stalk knocking about so i'll try that.
will also check my earths just in case
