[Corsa B 1993-2000] Corsa B wheel liner

Hello all
I need to remove the front bumper of a Corsa B. I understood that the bumper share two screws with the arch trims (one from each side), and in order to reach the trim screws I need to remove the wheel liner right?

So does it mean the only way I can remove a front bumper on a Corsa B is by removing also the wheel liner?
If yes, how can I remove the wheel liners?
