  • [Corsa B 1993-2000] Relay driving me mad

What does the grey relay beside the the glovebox with 89 96 23 printed on it do? It ticks constantly like an indicator relay while the cars running? What's it actually for?

Depends where you mean by beside the glovebox - the fuel pump relay is to the left of it on some models (despite what Haynes says), usually purple but aftermarket alternatives can be grey. (It should tick on for a priming pump when you first turn the key, then go silent until the engine starts to crank over and run.)

Or on the glovebox relay carrier are the cooling fan relays.

You profile says 2000 Corsa sport - but that could cover the B or C models. I've assumed a B.

Pretty sure that's going to be either a cooling fan or aircon relay.
