[Corsa C 2000-2006] Centre console wont work

Ive recently bought a corsa c and the centre console wont work. the radio wont turn on and the fans dont work. the display shows the time and date correctly but nothing else works. does anyone have an idea of how i can fix it??

Ive checked all fuses and theyre fine. Im not sure what else it can be.

Also the battery was completely exhausted and needed jumping so may not be fully charged yet, will this make a difference?

All fuses are fine ive checked them. are there any fuses in the wiring of the centre console behind the radio and that. The ones under the bonnet are fine
