[Corsa B 1993-2000] airbag light on 1.0 12v

Anyone able to tell me whats causing this light to be on ive a 1.0 12v and the airbag light is on its getting annoying and i dont like driving it around while its like this. I've an airbag and wheel here from another corsa should i swap them over and see if that cancels it out. Or will i need somone with op-com or a tech 2 diagnostics to plug it in ive a elm327 bluetooth obd2 but its only any good for checking fault codes and knocking out engine managament light

will a laptop and a bluetooth adater and my elm327 obd2 adater work with op-com a friend has it but hasn't the wired usb to obd2 diagnotics adapter lead

It's obd1 tech 1 you need on a Corsa b or if you have it opcom
You will need to get the coded read first as it could be anything
I would first check the connections
But to be 100% you need to get the codex read

its a 00 model my elm327 obd adapter works with torque app on my s3,,im going to get a mate to plug it in and see whats going on with the airbag i was going to see if the other wheel might sort it out either that or stick another airbag control module in
