  • [Corsa C 2000-2006] New keys

    HI

I've recently acquired a Corsa. We were given two keys one with buttons and one just metal. The metal one won't start the car I'm assuming it's because it doesn't have a immobiliser chip, which begs the question what's the point of the key! The second key's buttons don't work, how hard/expensive would it be to a) Get a replacement for the button key and how do you get it programmed and b) how expensive to get a basic replacement second key with no buttons to replace the plain metal key?

    Thanks in advance

So you can still get in the car if you accidentally lock your keys inside. It's to open the doors, not start the engine.

I've hanged my key cases. One to flip key, one to stanadrd. Easy
