[Non Corsa] HIDS and Vectra C.

Hi all. Since the Canbus system is an arse on and I can't use LED I was thinking of upgrading dipped beam to 8000k HIDS.

I don't have washers on my lights but they are projector lenses so should be ok right?

Keeping full beam stock abd want some whiter standard sidelight bulbs

A lot of folks have these and have no issues with MOT but dont want to blind everyone so want to know if they need to be fitted and adjusted to a specific level or other gear needs installing?

As long as the headlights are aligned ok, you wont be blinding anyone. I can tell you that from experience of having them fitted to the MR2 for nearly 2 years, and to a friends corsa for 1 year. And they were in reflector lenses... In projectors you will be fine. MOT's wont be much of a hassle either, you'll be ok.

Sorry Dave my question now is. When you say aligned does this mean the new HIDs need adjusting or if my lights are correct anyway already I'm good to go ?

The latter, if they're aligned ok now you should be fine. I was.
