[Corsa C 2000-2006] How do I install an aftermarket stereo?

Hey, i wish to upgrade my 54 plate's stock stereo, i have found the stereo which i would like:

Halfords | Pioneer FH-X700BT Double Din Car CD Player

I am aware i need fascia adapters and other accessories but i am unsure exactly which ones i need. Halfords had all the necessary stuff but i am paying over the odds which isn't surprising with them, only buying the stereo there as i have vouchers paying for it.

I found this on eBay:

Is this all i need? Do I need anything else, or could i get these cheaper elsewhere etc, any help would be appreciated. I've probably missed some necessary info, just ask away.

Sometimes the radios don't come with the cage so if not you would need something like this:

Then the above you posted which seems cheapest:

But the wiring kit you do need I can't find and if I remember I had to buy it from halfords its the power and speaker lead with a long single red wire that has to be connected to the cig lighter for ignition feed.

When I changed my it in my brothers C I didn't need to wire anything to the fag lighter.
You'll need another adapter if you want to keep your steering wheel controls too.

Cheers, thanks for quick replies, helped me out a lot. Yeah ik about the wheel adapter, il get the wiring adapter and see whats what about the fag lighter, was just unsure about which exact parts so thanks guys!

I've fitted this in my car - sure its same model.

Cage it comes with double fit crosa, you'll get an adapter with bullet connectors you need to fit so (memory) works by swapping one of the colored bullet connectors over, but cant remember which colours but can check if need be. You will want an ISO adapter for Ariel to fit and a double din fitting kit for your car.

The kit tanktop posted looks very much like the kit I used, you wont need the sponges but will certainly need the cage, you will likely need to source your own screws though as the kit screws dont fit the stereo, I went to a local screwshop in York and got a few that fitted by taking stereo in shop. The trim with the kit also doesnt fit the stereo but you should get a trim with the stereo.

The mic you get with I mounted at the very top right of my windscreen and ran the wire through back of dash down above pedals (taped) and up the front right beam to the glass.

also the radio comes with a cage, do I still need the fascia kit with the cage? Is shaggy suggesting the cage included with the stereo is not the one I need. And would you be able to tell me the size of the screws?

Cage with stereo doesn't fit crosa.

Corsa C mounting kit cage should. But I needed to get own screws to fit into stereo as ones that came with kit don't fit that stereos screw holes.

Radio uses newer plug end (ISO) then your car's Ariel. So need adapter for radio to work. It's just a metal plug that goes into radios Ariel port between Ariel wire.

I cant remember the exact name, but it looks a bit like this;

Check the stock Ariel wire and the Ariel socket in back of stereo, I just got mine from Halfords for a couple quid..
