[Corsa D 2006-2014] Touch and connect Bluetooth issue

Hi, I am new here and desperately need some help please. I have changed over my normal CD player with the touch and connect Bluetooth sat nav unit. It all works except no one can hear me when I use the phone to dial out, I can hear the other person. Because my car didn't come with this unit, can I get an external microphone retro fitted to work? Went into my local doves vauxhall and apparently was speaking to the man who knows, but actually he came across as the man who possibly doesn't know,
any help would be greatly appreciated, it's driving me mad as I don't know where to get help from.

If the unit has a microphone port maybe. I bought a pioneer one that has a mic with the unit in pack. Or you may require Bluetooth headset or something ?

My Mic goes.into back of.unit and ran it up the post near windscreen.

You know the exact make and model of the unit.?

Thank you for your reply. It is a genuine Vauxhall unit, touch and connect. It came with a microphone but my car doesn't seem to have the wiring in the black wire part that we took out of the normal cd unit and plugged into the new unit. This is a nightmare.

Sorry no idea then , maybe Vauxhall will know if it's their gear.
