  • [Slate] Sure Drive Batley

Sold me a Seat Ibiza FR Turbo with a full FAKE mot and a later discovered cracked engine block, good job i service my cars immediately, took almost 3 months to get any money back from them after they refused a refund, offered to repair but didnt have the know how i finally got my money back, trading standards and vosa were both informed and the issuing mot centre has had its license removed, Bradford road in Batley West yorkshire.

I wouldn't buy a car from West Yorkshire, I'm sure there is some good car dealers there however there seems to be an exceptionally high number of bad garages there.

Edit to add, I went to look at a car in Bradford (an ATR), I had cash to buy there and then. It was advertised as FSH, when I asked to see it there was the V5 and the MOT, apparently the owner was going to 'forward it'. I left my number to phone me when they had it, I even phoned them a week later to ask if they had it yet, never a reply.

It has no meaning; it has no purpose; it has no reason to be respected as a phrase. 'I am offended by that.' Well, so ****ing what."

How did you find out the MOT was fake on it?

I live in west Yorkshire and agree that it's not best place to buy off a car dealer lol

                    Sure Drive Batley

Because the only advisory was one brake pad yet all were pitted and both wish bones were shot, engine had been sealed with tiling sealant and i used the mot to find the garage then rang sure drive and just said, this mot is fake isnt it I've just had the car serviced, he crumbled pretty quickly surprisingly
