        I can't see any sub 1k laptop running decent games. Maybe on lowest settings if you're lucky.

          I'm not going to going nuts with games. Probably mainly games like eve and a few racing games. I won't be playing hardcore it's more to pass the time whilst I'm away

            My mate had one on finance which cost him 26 a month over 2 year and it was great and still as quick as it was when he got it, his was like a notebook type one but was still great

                      I always take that with a pinch of salt. My friend's PC used to run BF3 at around 25fps and that was "fine" to him but horrific for me

                        Granted, but if people are running things on Ultra and its ok to them, lets take your example of 25fps, then they could logically also run them at even better frames if they tweaked the settings like any normal person would. The point was that none of them are saying they cant run anything or theyre getting choppy frames etc..

                          Yeah I'm going to have a look when I get back from work. Although I worry 14inch screen won't be big enough but it's worth a look still
