        My parents and I live in a 3 bed in dagenham,Essex. This area has a bit of a bad reputation (although it's not that bad)
        And was valued few months ago at 240k

            Sure my large two bed that's about the same size as a three I rent was bought for 60k.

            At auction though as was needing a fair bit of work.


            Just sell yours Tim and get a big cheap house in Boro
