Can I ask why you thought a 40" was too big but now want 46"+?

Sometimes bigger isn't better if it doesn't suit the room.

Other than that I'm useless, TVs I always go down to currys and choose what I like best.

If I'm going to go for another big TV I may as well do it properly. It won't suit the room but I can deal with that as it isn't forever.
If I buy a 32" it'll only serve me until I move out - at that point it becomes too small for a lounge and too big to be a monitor. I figure I can put my 22" in a box until I need it, and then larger TV can become my lounge TV whenever I get around to getting my own place.

I got a good 50" LG smart TV from Currys and I love it.
