Fitted my Astra sport wheels while the Corsa Sports get refurbished and fitted the Standard grill from my old Corsa... Pretty handy having my old car still knocking about to get bits off!

Looks good - especially for the money. Personally I'd keep the engine as it is, the 8v engines are more or less bullet-proof.

If you look in a scrappies for one of the many special editions they did most of them came with tachometers which will run off the ECU.

Thanks mate If I do end up swapping the engine, I'll likely stay 8 valve and just go for the 1.6 and thank-you for the information on the clocks

By Christmas time I should have my 1.6 16v out of my Corsa if you'll be interested. It's a solid lump with no issues; just building up a 20xe to drop in instead.

Unfortunately I'm in Northern Ireland, mate. Would be difficult getting the engine transported here :/

The car has now been decatted :P Sounds much nicer and has the added bonus of spitting flames sometimes so it's good for being immature

It isn't stupidly loud so I'm happy as I didn't want to look like a dick

The not so distant plans for the car at this moment in time is just putting it on Corsa Sports in silver and lowering the back end a bit more and tinting the windows.

Is it this wheel mate? If so, I have one already from my old Corsa B and just need to get round to putting it on

Tried fitting my steering wheel but found out that i can have my wheel, but no horn or indicator cancelling... So looks like I'm gunna have to go for an aftermarket wheel...

Just refound this... This car has been sold and I've since has a 306 Straight Diesel and currently a 106 with a 1.4 quicksilver engine conversion. Getting another B next week, just can't stay away from the Vauxhalls
