+1 for it anyway as the picture quality is really good for it.
Watch out for fake models of some of the popular ones.

I'll get a link later when I'm back home. As Hardcore says you have to look out for fakes, but the one I got was cheapest and has been verified on various forums as being legitimate.

Think I found the one I bought. Hope this link works. Savings if you buy in bulk so maybe you could set up a group buy.

Yeah once it's filled the SD card up then it will just overwrite the old files, starting from oldest first.
Some dash cams have a 10 second gap between clips because when it's finished recording a 5 min clip, it stops...takes time to save then starts recording again.
The one me and Nibnob use is different and won't leave any gaps + it's the best quality one i've seen for that price. Almost as good as the GoPro.

Would recommend anyone buying one to get a decent branded class 10 micro SD. I went with Kingston

What makes you think that? In case someone tries stealing it?
My car gets parked on a drive, down a cul-de-sac, tucked away in a quiet area so if that is the case I'm not bothered at all if it looks fancy. As long as it works.

I wish they'd do less obvious ones that don't leave wires trailing everywhere
