I think i then found Krazeedude selling his buckets before he scabbed for the 'i love kens butt' society, i bought them and the wind deflectors he had on his very halfords corsa
and that brings us upto xmas 2012, the day i ruined xmas, apparently, split with my ex, the one who took me for my alloys originally, iff you remember, come on, keep up left for another bird, poor decision, also debadged and then que mental snow
so modifying took a backstep whilst i dealt with the barrage of endless stress that was a woman with a 2 year old and a mental ex bf before declaring i was leaving, again. My mum told me i should buy something to cheer myself up as it had been a rough couple of months, of which she later announced 'i meant a ****ing game or some clothes not a ******* impreza'...
Come winter 2013 i had left BT which had proudly paid for all of my Subaru costs, which were plenty, through there endless bonus scheme which i savaged ^^ heres the few off the top of my head
Spoiler

ALL SUSPENSION

Now i left BT in november 2013 and started work at Capita in dearne valley yorkshire, impreza was fine for this commute but drank a lot of fuel, i branched out for another car, and attempted to sell the scooby, i opted for this
From, you guessed it, SURE DRIVE BATLEY, see the Slate thread...
i sorted my insurance for this at the roadside while my mum drove the Impreza to its new owner, he drove it and i wasnt there at the time but apparently it came back with the clutch thrashed enough to barely even move the car, my mum threw the money back at him and scarppered with the V5, to declare to me later that day when i went to collect her that she wasnt seeing all my money and effort being trashed by some chav ****, fair enough so she took the car on board as a family wagon and is still driving it now, gaining parts for it as she wants it to look like the Winter Kamikaze impreza.
See Slate thread for my Ibiza issues, got sent back in the end and my long forgotten corsa was back in the game!!!
That brings us upto date, sorry for the slightly biographical nature of the thread, currently investigating a random kncoking sound and trying to deal with rot/rust, not willing to let this car be scrapped or fail an mot!
Was so happy when rear lights went, then they came back.
You're doing some decent mods imo such as wheels and coilovers and Morettes, then you take a few steps back fit a dodgy gear knob (gift or not no way would I fit) bright red bucket seats and rear lights
The knob i regret, its such a pain in the ass, im actually looking for some vectra recaros or something now, and some different rear lights obv lol, after those solid grey ones i have no idea what they are called :S
